Rob has been a member of the film and television industry for 35 years, following in his father’s footsteps and proud to see his children following his now. As the Standing Health and Safety Committee rep for his department, he is a certified Ontario Ministry of Labour JHSC member with certificates in accident investigation, indoor air quality, risk assessment, and e-Laws in the workplace.

Also a career airline pilot, he holds a Transport Canada SMS administrator designation responsible for safety risk analysis and has CLC part II training for his role as a OHS rep for over 2500 Toronto based airline pilots. He is currently a senior captain flying international routes, allowing the scheduling flexibility necessary to share his experience on the importance and benefits of a Safety-First culture in the workplace with the introduction of the eOHS Safety Management System software program.

Garry is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo's Computer Engineering program and brings 30 years of industry experience in developing the eOHS safety management system. He is recognized as an Information Technology authority and has been instrumental in the design of advanced database platforms and enhance security encryption software. He is currently the president of a software consulting firm.
